With over eight years of experience and more than two decades as a resident of the Greater Olympia area, I bring a deep understanding of local building trends and Pacific Northwest environmental factors to every inspection. As an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector and a Licensed Washington State Structural Pest Inspector, I provide a comprehensive suite of services including certified complete home inspections, sewer scope inspections, manufactured home certifications, and private well inspections. To ensure the most thorough evaluation possible, I utilize high-tech diagnostic equipment—including drones, thermal imaging cameras, precision moisture meters, a crawlbot 'for inspecting those hard to access areas' and a plethora of advanced specialized gadgets—to detect hidden issues that the naked eye might miss.
